I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, the location right next to the active railroad tracks was quite bothersome, especially during the night. The service was decent, but not exceptional. I did enjoy the dining experience, particularly the traditional shabu-shabu, which was a highlight. Overall, for the price, this hotel provides a fair value, but the noise from the trains was definitely a downside.
